01Nature of the product
VERTEBRA MATRIX is a collection of written AI prompts, engines and guides for making documentaries about vertebrates. It writes plans, scripts and prompts. It does not generate images, video, voice, sound or music itself, and it does not guarantee that any AI system will produce a perfect finished film.
02AI generation and output
- Variation in generated media. Model capabilities, training data, prompt limits, subscriptions, clip lengths and resolution settings differ between tools and can change without notice. An AI tool may change an animal's anatomy or markings, add or merge limbs, misspell text, create visual artifacts, or ignore part of a prompt.
- Quality checks are essential. Inspect every still and clip at full size, use the FIX command and regenerate where needed, check voice lines and audio, and watch the finished film before you publish.
- Independent providers. Framesculpt is not affiliated with, and is not responsible for, the availability, subscriptions, pricing, output or policies of any external AI service.
03Earnings and results
- No earnings guarantee. Buying or using the toolkit does not guarantee views, followers, subscribers, monetization, platform approval, sales, income or any business result. VERTEBRA MATRIX is a film-making toolkit, not a plan for audience growth or income.
- Your results depend on you. Results depend on your skills, the tools and plans you use, the time you put into generating, choosing and editing, your choices of subject and platform, and other factors outside our control.
- Independent judgment. Check each platform's rules, the AI tools' commercial-use terms and the license before you publish or monetize any film.
04Illustrative material
The sample film, gallery stills, prompt excerpts and examples on our pages show what was made with the toolkit and explain its creative possibilities. They are not a promise that a specific AI tool will produce the same results every time.
05Facts, sources and education
The engines ask the AI to use only well-documented biology and to list every fact with its source in a Fact Ledger. Science changes and AI tools can still make mistakes, so you are responsible for checking every fact, name and source before you publish. Nothing in the toolkit is professional scientific, veterinary, legal, financial or other professional advice.
06Your videos
You alone are responsible for the films you create and publish, for following the terms of every AI tool and platform you use, and for labeling realistic AI-generated content where a platform or the law requires it. See Honest presentation.
