Terms & Conditions

The terms of purchase and use for VERTEBRA MATRIX and its add-ons.

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to this website and to VERTEBRA MATRIX and its add-ons (Specimen Vault, Done-For-You Episode Kits, Cinema Studio, Ecosystem Mode and any add-on offered later) (together, "the toolkit" or "the products"), sold under the Framesculpt brand ("Framesculpt", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site, buying or using the toolkit, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Access Policy, the License & Usage Rights and the Disclaimers. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the toolkit.

01Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

02What you are buying

Terms of purchase. VERTEBRA MATRIX is a digital AI prompt toolkit delivered electronically: written instructions, prompt messages ("engines"), guides, templates and a production spreadsheet, used with a chat AI such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and with the image, video, voice, sound and music tools you choose.

The product is the toolkit itself. It is not a set of finished films, images, clips or audio files, and it does not generate media on its own. It is built only for documentaries about vertebrates and writes its prompts and outputs in English.

Please read the product description on the sales page and confirm that you have, or are willing to get, the compatible tools before you order.

03Ordering, price and payment

04Delivery and access

Access is delivered right after payment through the access page linked in your WarriorPlus purchase confirmation. Please download your files promptly, keep your own copies and keep your purchase email. If a link does not work or a file is missing, contact us as described in the Refund & Access Policy and we will investigate and, where possible, correct the problem.

05Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the toolkit to make your own films. What you may and may not do is set out in full in License & Usage Rights, which forms part of these Terms.

06Third-party services

Making a film requires external AI tools and editing software. Those platforms may charge fees or credits, set generation limits, change their models and apply their own usage and commercial-use policies. These third-party services and costs are not included in your purchase unless the checkout offer clearly says so. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or policies.

07Your responsibility for what you create

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

09Intellectual property

The toolkit, including its text, structure, engines, guides, spreadsheet, design, name and branding, belongs to Framesculpt and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your license lets you use it; it does not transfer ownership. The films you make are yours, as described in License & Usage Rights.

10Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Access Policy: a refund request is considered where you are completely unable to access the files you purchased and the access problem cannot be resolved within 14 days of purchase. After successful delivery or confirmed download access, the sale is final under that policy.

11Payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can look into it; most problems are solved quickly. If a payment is reversed or disputed, your license and access to the product concerned are suspended while the dispute is open and end permanently if the payment is reversed.

12No guarantee of results

The toolkit helps you plan and write; the media are created by third-party tools we do not control. We do not guarantee any particular output, quality, number of views, audience, sales or income. See the Disclaimers.

13Changes and availability

We may improve the toolkit, update the guides, correct errors, or change informational copy, bonus descriptions, support guidance and download instructions. The license and deliverables you bought are those described at the time of your purchase, subject to applicable law. We aim to keep access pages online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, so please keep your own copies.

14Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the toolkit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We give no warranty about the output of third-party tools.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Framesculpt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost time, lost income, lost data, account restrictions or problems caused by third-party tools or platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

16Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for, and to hold Framesculpt harmless from, claims arising from the films and content you create or publish, or from your breach of these Terms or of the license.

17Ending your license

If you breach these Terms or the license, we may end your license and access. When a license ends, for any reason including a refund, you must stop using the toolkit and delete your copies of the files. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue after the license ends.

18Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you, or requirements set by the payment or checkout provider. Where such rights apply, they take precedence.

19General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and Framesculpt about the products. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

20Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
