This Privacy Policy explains how Framesculpt ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with visiting this website, buying VERTEBRA MATRIX and its add-ons (Specimen Vault, Done-For-You Episode Kits, Cinema Studio, Ecosystem Mode and any add-on offered later), joining our email list or contacting us. We keep it to what is needed to deliver your purchase, help with access and run the business responsibly.
01Scope
This policy covers this website and our communications with you. The checkout is run by WarriorPlus and its payment processors, which collect payment information under their own privacy policies. Please read them for details of what is collected during checkout.
02Information we process
- Purchase information. Your name, email address and order details (product, price, date, order number) passed to us by WarriorPlus. We never see or store your full card or payment details.
- Messages you send. Your email address and whatever you include when you contact support, such as order details, descriptions of an access problem or screenshots.
- Email list. Your name and email address if you choose to join our email list, and basic delivery data from our email provider (for example whether an email was delivered or opened).
- Technical information. Standard server logs kept by our web host, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit.
- Affiliate data. If you arrived through an affiliate link, WarriorPlus records the referral so the affiliate can be credited.
What we do not receive: the toolkit is a set of files. It does not collect anything, and what you type into your chat AI or other tools stays between you and those providers.
03Why information is used
- To deliver your purchased files and access instructions, and to send purchase-related messages.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot access problems.
- To handle refund requests, duplicate charges and other transaction questions under the Refund & Access Policy.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized sharing of access.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To send product news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To keep records and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
04Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EEA or the UK), we rely on: performing our contract with you (delivering and supporting your purchase); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and running the business); your consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations (records and tax).
05Third-party service providers
We share information only with the providers we need, and only what they need to provide their service:
- WarriorPlus: checkout, order records, delivery links and affiliate tracking. Its sales-page code may also set Meta (Facebook) cookies (see Cookies and site data).
- PayPal: payment handling.
- Our web hosting provider: running this site and keeping server logs.
- Email providers: our support mailbox and, if you subscribe, our email marketing service.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces on these pages, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
These providers apply their own privacy notices and retention rules. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
06Marketing communications
We send promotional emails only where you have agreed to receive them, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase-related service messages, such as delivery or access information, are handled separately and are not marketing.
07Cookies and site data
We do not add advertising cookies of our own. The website platform may use strictly necessary cookies for its own operation and security.
WarriorPlus code on the sales pages. Our sales pages load the sales-page code that WarriorPlus requires from every vendor. It is used for checkout, sales statistics and to credit the affiliate who referred you, and it may set cookies from WarriorPlus and from Meta (Facebook), such as the _fbp cookie, which Meta can use for advertising measurement. These cookies are set and controlled by WarriorPlus and Meta under their own privacy notices; we do not read them. A short notice on the sales pages points to this section.
Embedded services such as Google Fonts may receive technical data from your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use Meta's ad preferences to limit ad personalization; checkout may not work if all cookies are blocked.
08International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
09Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order records for as long as needed for support, legal, accounting and tax purposes; support emails while they are useful to help you; and email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
10Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (https) on every page and limited access to our accounts. No internet-based service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
11Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email our support email from the address you used to buy. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days. Some information may be kept where the law requires it.
12Children
This site and the toolkit are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
13Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites such as WarriorPlus and AI tool providers. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
